February Denver Real Estate Market is up 12.4%

Deadline July 22 for HUD’s Emergency Homeowner’s Loan Program

Are you having difficulty making your mortgage payments?  Are you experiencing a drop in your income?  Are you at risk of foreclosure?  If so you may qualify for mortgage payment assistance through HUD’s Emergency Homeowners Loan Program (EHLP) according to the Denver Post article posted on 7/06/2011. EHLP was created to help eligible homeowners who are “experiencing a drop in income of at least 15% directly resulting from involuntary unemployment or underemployment due to adverse economic conditions and/or a medical emergency. ” according to HUD’s website.
